Refund and Return Policy

At Himava Naturals, we take great care in ensuring the quality and purity of our essential oils and organic wellness products. Due to the nature of our items, we follow a strict return policy to maintain product integrity and safety.

Returns:
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products such as Essential oils, Shilajit, or Cliff honey.

Eligibility:
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at retailaroma7@gmail.com , with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Refunds & Replacements:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
